AIchemy is hosting a one-day training workshop aimed at chemistry researchers who would like to learn the basics of machine learning so that they can apply this to their current research.
You will be introduced to and supported through the fundamentals and hands-on practical sessions on machine learning for chemistry.
The session will combine short presentations with self-paced, hands-on practical modules.
Agenda
Please note that hands-on sessions are self-paced; timings are indicative.
| Time | Session |
|---|---|
| 10:00 | Registration & refreshments |
| 10:15 | Introduction to Machine Learning |
| 11:00 | Hands-on Workshop: Module 1 – Fundamentals |
| 12:00 | Lunch |
| 12:30 | Hands-on Workshop: Module 2 – Supervised Learning Module 3 – Feature Engineering |
| 14:30 | Refreshments break |
